NJ officers rescue driver who went into cardiac arrest, crashed

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in Washington Township, Gloucester County rescued a woman who suffered a medical emergency and crashed her vehicle.

Bodycam video shows officers resuscitating the woman after she went into cardiac arrest and slammed into a telephone pole on Greentree Road on March 28.

In a post on social media, Washington Township police say the driver has since recovered.

She visited police headquarters on Wednesday to personally meet and thank the responding officers who helped save her life.
